Overview

It is possible to copy any item in the catalogue. This function can be very useful when adding multiple versions of the same item but with different pricing and price break information.

Note: If the copy function is used, a new item will be displayed with all data fields duplicated apart from the Item Number (Supplier Part ID or Part Number) field.

To copy an existing item, locate the relevant item from the current catalogue (see Reviewing Existing Catalogue Content).

Click the button to create a copy of the selected item.

All data fields apart from the Item Number will be populated with data from the original item.

Enter an Item Number and edit any other data fields as required.

Click to save the new item.
