Overview
Once all additions, deletions and edits have been applied to the catalogue, the build process can be run. This build process will create an electronic file that can be sent to the buying organisation.
Click the
option to start the Build process.
There are three build options available to select, these are,
Full Build (see Full Catalogue Builds)
Incremental Build (see Incremental Catalogue Builds)
Validate only (see Catalogue Validation)
It is possible to enter e-mail addresses of the recipients of the output build that has been selected.
By default, the E-mail To: field will be populated with the e-mail address of the currently logged in user, this can be overwritten if required.
It is also possible to copy the output build file to other e-mail addresses by entering them into the E-mail BCC: field, if multiple addresses are required these should be separated by a ';'.
Also included within this screen is a list of all previous catalogue builds that have been run.
It is possible to view a text file of any of these catalogue builds by clicking on the button.
