Click once the relevant option has been selected.

An e-mail containing the Catalogue Build will be sent to the e-mail addresses specified in the E-mail To: and E-mail BCC: fields.

Until this e-mail has been received the catalogue will be unusable and the user should log out of the Supplier Portal or perform another action.

The build file that is attached to the e-mail can then be forwarded to the buying organisation via their preferred method.
