Overview

The Contact Us page provides useful contact numbers and the ability to raise support queries with the Support Team via e-mail.  However, If your message is about something you don't understand or know how to achieve, please check this online help information first - it may provide the answer!

To access the Contact Us page at any time when using the system:

A new browser window will open displaying contact details and an e-mail. If you have not yet logged into the Supplier Portal limited contact numbers will be displayed and you will only have the option to raise a log in related support query.

If you have logged into the Supplier Portal you will be presented with the option to select one of the Marketplaces that you are currently trading under by clicking on the Marketplace name.

Once the relevant Marketplace has been selected, additional Contact Details and a support request email form will be available. You can then enter your contact details and a summary of the support query in the relevant fields on this e-mail form.

►	Click to submit the e-mail to Support Contact and the text will be displayed.

►	Click to close the e-mail form window.

NOTE - if you are only trading under one Marketplace, you will not be asked to make a selection.
