A list of the error messages and meanings you may get while managing and processing your Credit Notes are listed below:

Void

This Credit Note is void. It has been cancelled.

Document is locked by <username>

This Credit Note is currently being worked on by another user. For safety's sake, it is not permitted that two users work on the same document at the same time. You will only be able to view and print this credit note while the other user is working on it.

Source Document is locked by <username>

This source document (e.g. Invoice) is currently being worked on by another user. For safety's sake, you will only be able to view and print this credit note while the other user is working on the source document.

Supersedes/Superseded By

There is an earlier/later version of the document. Clicking on the document number will cause the display to switch to that document.
