Overview

As described in the section Unit of Measure Coding most catalogue formats will require items within the electronic catalogue to have a valid Unit of Measure code assigned to them.  The Supplier Portal contains a searchable dictionary of Unit of Measure codes.

The Unit of Measure window will be displayed, with codes listed in alphabetical order.

You can use the page numbers at the bottom of this lookup screen to browse through the complete Unit of Measure code dictionary.

Alternatively a Unit Of Measure description search facility is also available.

Enter text into the search field and

Click

The Unit of Measure codes that have descriptions that match the search text will now be displayed within the lookup window.

If none of the codes displayed are relevant, or the search does not return any results, the search text can be cleared by clicking and entering different text.

Click to add the Unit of Measure code to the catalogue item.
