Overview

The Documents page shows you those documents that have been received from and sent to buying organisations and the relationships between them. It also enables you to view, print and work with those documents and raise new documents. You can choose to have documents presented in the form of a simple list, a tree-structured folder list or a search results list. Selections enable you to determine which documents are listed. As you click on items in the document list, tree or search results, further details and possible actions are displayed in the adjoining panel.

To load the Documents page at any time:

Do-it Click the explorer_button option in the main menu.  The Documents page will display (e.g. as shown below):

explorer_screen_main

Any document displayed with a DocumentIsVoid preceding its number has been marked as 'Void' or has been superseded. This happens, for example, when a Change Order is received from the buying organisation - the original Order is automatically voided.

Any document displayed with a StatusTest following its number has been marked as 'Test' documents.

The Documents page offers three methods for finding and viewing existing documents:-

Bullet Document List Clicking this option will cause the left-hand panel to present a list of documents.

Bullet Document Tree Clicking this option will cause the left-hand panel to present a tree structure of buying organisations and their documents.

Bullet Document Search Clicking his option will cause the left-hand panel to present a search results list of documents.
