Overview

It is possible to view the data for any item in the catalogue by clicking on its Item Number in the left-hand Catalogue Content table.  When selected, the item is highlighted in the table.

The all the catalogue field data for the selected item will now be visible on the right-hand side of the screen.

It is now possible to edit the selected item's data (see Editing an Existing Catalogue Item ), delete the item (see Deleting a Single Catalogue Item),  or copy the data to create a new item (see Copying a Catalogue Item).
